The start and end times are not binding; participants can come and go as they wish.

The new production by TUN&LASSEN explores loneliness and the profound ambivalence that accompanies it: we all feel lonely at times, yet rarely speak about it. Loneliness often remains a quiet, shared experience—a state that comes and goes, or lingers longer than we might wish.

Using dance and objects, TUN&LASSEN creates accessible encounters amidst the daily bustle of Cologne-Kalk. These moments invite people to connect, communicate playfully, or simply observe. In doing so, an open meeting point emerges in the public realm—an invitation to join in without knowing anyone, to participate without prior knowledge, and to contribute in whatever way one chooses.

Passersby are invited to share their experiences—whether through words, images, or gestures. They can leave behind their impressions regarding loneliness and reflect on their own experiences. This creates a visible, growing collection of impressions that addresses loneliness gently and empathetically as a shared human experience, forging connections in places where they might not be expected.
A continuous presence is established in the neighborhood over the course of several weeks: art becomes an experience integrated into everyday life—free of charge, outdoors, and open to all without registration.
